高斐

教授 Professor,博士,中国科学院半导体研究所,Ph.D., Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science.

   曾经在美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室材料部、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学光伏中心、新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院光子实验室、西安现代光学研究所进行过博士后和访学等研究工作。Prof. Fei Gao has worked as post-doctor and visiting scholar in Materials Department of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Photovoltaic center of University of New South Wales, Photon Laboratory of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Nanyang University of Technology, and Institute of Xi'an Modern Optics.

 教学  教学理念:让员工花尽可能少的时间和精力而获得尽可能多的宝贵的知识。讲课尽量做到通俗易懂、生动有趣。给本科生讲授过《材料物理性能》、《新能源材料与器件专业英语》、《力学》、《光学》;给研究生讲授过《光电子学》、《光伏材料与太阳能电池》。

 科研    主要进行光伏薄膜材料及太阳能电池研究,包括钙钛矿薄膜太阳电池Perovskite thin film solar cell、氧化铜薄膜太阳电池CuO thin film solar cell、新型光伏薄膜材料和结构New photovoltaic thinfilm materials and structure. 获授权发明专利20多项,发表科研论文50多篇,主持过香港何崇本新能源基金、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金及参与过科技部重点项目。科学创新:实现了非晶/纳晶薄膜材料(CuO:Se复合材料薄膜)的光生载流子扩散长度(3.14 mm)远大于单晶材料的光生载流子扩散长度(p型单晶硅为1.95 mm)Scientific innovation: for the first time, it has been realized that the photogenerated carrier diffusion length (3.14 mm) ofamorphous/nanocrystalline film material (CuO:Se composite film) is much larger than that of monocrystalline material (p-Si 1.95 mm).
